City Connection

This was another one of those simple arcade games that became a big hit, but this time there was an added twist.  While almost all the racing games involved the top down view this game had a side view which was definitely new.  You drove around cities and the object was to change the color of all the roads to a different color.  What made this game great though was that the backgrounds to the levels were different and offered various music at the same time.  This is huge during a time where the cartridges just did not provide enough power with what you need to do that.

Going green to save green

One of the best ways to save money and go green is through purchasing a hybrid car. I have wanted to get a new car for some times, but because of prices increasing being able to purchase a new car is not in my budget.

I have decided that I want to purchase electric car conversion kits. This way I will have the best of both worlds. I will be able to make my car green. I will also be able to save some green and put it into my wallet.

It is so important to me to do somethings that will make a difference in the environment. That is why I have decided to buy the kit and convert my car to an electric car.

Is Nokia and Microsoft really going to partner up?

Nokia is currently working with the Zune team on integration of Zune Marketplace content according to a well placed source within Microsoft. The joint development is directed at content delivery rather than a hardware device according to the source. It has long been assumed by many tech followers that Zune content and software would find it’s way onto Windows Mobile devices, thereby offering competition to the unfortunately popular iPhone according to Zune Blog. The interesting thing about the Nokia Zune partnership is that Nokia does not support Windows Mobile. It appears Microsoft may be developing a two front war against the iPhone, namely Windows based smart phones and more abundant “non-smart” phones.

Credit Card Pros: Traveling Abroad

I know that there are great numbers of people out there who are either fearful of owning a credit card or downright hostile to the notion of needing one. I’m not saying that these people’s misgivings aren’t grounded, but I still believe that there are situations for which credit cards are often handy and more feasible than other monetary options.

Traveling is a perfect example of this - especially when done outside of the United States. Provided you are aware of all fees, using a card can be a great way of taking care of currency exchanges. With the right card, rates won’t likely differ from major currency brokers and banks. Likewise, it is far more comfortable to carry a card than it is a large sum of foreign currency.

building a garden shed by yourself using kit

An economical and exciting way to build a garden shed is to build it yourself. The easiest easy way of  Building A Garden Shed  is to purchase a kit and build. Before building a garden shed, it is important to decide the purpose, size and the place of the shed. The things that you will need are adhesives, hammer, measuring tapes, nails, wooden boards, molded plastic boards and metal frames. After cleaning the place, join the wooden boards using hammer and nails and build the frame. Link all the walls using adhesives and nail them. Erect the frames and ensure the links are strong. Now it is all done.

More hair, less head

When I first learned that I was starting to expose the back of my head to sun and society I nearly entered a state of panic. I was way too young for this to happen to me. Then I heard of Profinast the natural way to stop hair loss in men in 7 days. The pills contain all natural ingredients and work to stop the things that cause the hair to thin and fall out in the first place. I am not sure if it had been stopped in 7 days but I do know that before the month was half over I was seeing more hair and less head.

Jinxed

I think that I just jinxed myself. Is there any way that my computer or the company that I use for my broadband access can see what I am doing on the internet? I recently got a tip that I could change providers and get my current service for a fraction of the price. When I went on line to find out about some comparable companies then my internet service just slowed down relative to dial up connection speed. Did I just jinx myself by thinking I could get a better deal then what I am currently getting? I like the service, I just do not like the fees.

Quilt your heart out!

Just about every hobby has its own corresponding social networking site such as forums, groups on the big five social networks and web 2.0 sites and even chat rooms. What would you say to a membership site dedicated strictly to quilters with all the bells and whistles of any social networking site? What if I told you this site had free quilting patterns, advanced communication tools like video chat, voice chat, and much more? You’d probably say where do I sign up right? I know that’s what I said when I saw this site in a Google search for my quilt patch, while looking for patterns by private users on the web. I found much more than I ever thought was possible!

Drinking Water At Sports Events

My child takes Tae Kwon Do. He is actually really good. Well, I am on the parents team that manages the tournaments. I came up with the idea of changing how the kids drink water at the tournaments. Both parents and the kids agree that drinking from the water fountains is no good, since the water has all sorts of bad stuff. But with the new green age upon us, plastic water bottles are becoming an issue. So I talked them into using water filters! Now we fill up 5 gallons of water with a tap and they drink that instead of buying bottle water!

Apartment mailboxes

Almost all apartments have clustered mailboxes. Apartment mailboxes can receive mail from either the U.S Postal Service or from a private party, but the master key must be supplied to the post office. Many like the idea that the cluster of apartment mailboxes are almost always located near the office so that the apartment management staff can keep an eye on them. Fewer mailbox break ins occur when this location is used as opposed to trying to scattering them through the complex. Apartment mailboxes are a combination of convince (for the postal service) and security for the tenants. Individual mailboxes are seldom locked mail boxes after all.
