Even when I was steadily working out with a trained weight coach, I was having trouble gaining those last few pounds I needed to be the starting offensive lineman I knew I could be. — I was good enough where I was at, don’t get me wrong. It was those elusive final pounds, however, that move the good players over the line into the great ones. Football at the next level would not be like it was now and I wanted to be ready. I was still unnerved about the whole thing when a friend suggested I give prohormones a try. He told me they’re all natural and work with your body to give you the edge you need.

Doing your personal income taxes can be complicated enough. Not too many people can get away with using the 1040 EZ form, as I used to when I was a young, single, college student working part time. How much more complicated must taxes for businesses be? If you’re a new business and you haven’t done so yet, you need to find an accountant now. You’ll want to hire someone with experience who will be sure to leave no stone unturned. Running a business can be complex, and of course you want your financial and tax situation to be up to date all the time so that you can keep your business running smoothly.

The noises of a party filtered back to me. I smiled, wishing I could see what was going on. My job as a caterer takes me to glamorous parties, but because I am stuck in the kitchen I never get to see them. Tonight was a huge bash, over five hundred people invited. There was so much food it took us two days to get it all ready. I am not sure what the occasion is, something about a cure for the effects of cell phones in Africa. It sounded boring, but judging from the sounds I think these people know how to party. Someday I am going to go to one of these parties.

My good friend gave me a call last week. He and I have known each other for years through work, which developed into a mutual friendship. I always can call him with any business questions and he can call me too. This time he needed my help. He knew that my office had just recently moved, and he was getting ready to move his too. He wanted to know what company we used. I told him that I searched on line for Serviced offices in Clerkenwell and really liked the site that came up. He said he would check it out. A few weeks later I got a call saying thanks.

It’s hard to imagine a world without cell phones and not having your phone on you is a good way to start panicking as you realize you are cut off from the rest of the world. Cell phones allow you to stay connected with friends and family and are a great way to have peace of mind when traveling long distances. But phones are more than phones now, and it’s hard to call someone without hearing a ringback tone now. A ringback tone is simply a song or audio recording that takes place instead of the boring ring when calling someone’s cell. With these features seeing so much popularity many are looking for ways to get free ringback tones as well.

When I was looking for a dog crate for my dog, I had a serious problem because almost every single crate I found had the door on one end and de to space constraints I needed one with a side door. Then I found this double door Midwest crate and while I only make use of the side door, it was worth getting because it fits perfectly in the space I had set aside for the dog. Since it’s size can be adjusted with a divider panel, it also meant I could se it for training my dog as well. Definitely a great bargain!

If you fear the possibility of identity theft, you may want to know how these tactics are performed. These criminals are very sneaky and will do anything and everything to get hold of your personal information. They usually like to steal information like credit card numbers, social security numbers, and any other important information they can grab. They take loans in your name and live your life. In the end, when you find out all the damage that has been done to you, you realize you have to spend thousands of dollars to fix it all up. That’s identity theft.
Luckily, there are many identity theft services that can protect your personal information and prevent any of this from ever happening. One of the most popular ones is Lifelock. Lifelock has a decent record for being a good insurance company that protects people from ever having their private data stolen. However, you should also be aware that Lifelock has some terms and conditions that should be understood, so don’t ignore those when you are signing up for their service.

If you are in the mood to dump your cable TV company, there is no better time to do so. Cable TV rates continue to rise, as evidenced by Comcast’s decision in November 2008 to raise rates once again. Spend an hour or two online, and you will find plenty of places where you can compare Dish to Direct TV. After reviewing the online promotions, call each company and see if they have any additional unadvertised specials. When you take the time to line up Dish and Direct TV side by side, your decision should become easy. Best of all, you will save money over cable.

When I was a kid growing up in LA, I remember having to walk to and from school. My house was only two blocks away, so it wasn’t far. But there was this insane cross-walk attendant (yes, they were called attendants) that used to make my life miserable. It was like playing “Red Light, Green Light” with an overgrown second-grader. Seriously, she was this Nazi Los Angeles motion controller who would make you freeze on the sidewalk right before the intersection. If you even moved a muscle, she would send you back three feet to wait in the grass. Then, when the light turned green, she would allow all of the other children to walk through first, summoning you only when everyone else was safely across. She was crazy!
