Let’s say that you are looking to buy used motorcycles for sale from a private seller instead of a dealer; what do you need to be wary of? What are the things that are proverbial “red flags” that will tell you not to buy that particular motorcycle (or buying from the owner that you are talking to? You will need to go to the place the motorcycle is at and see it first off to make sure that you are not being scammed. You also want to take a look at the Title (Certificate of Ownership) and verify that the year, make and model on the registration match the Title details. If any of these do not match, walk away from there.
