Building Commitment to Injection Molding Training

For years, managers in the injection molding industry have struggled with different ways of building higher employee commitment to the overall goals of the firm. For many years, the typical scenario was an "us vs.them" mentality, where the employee felt that the management and ownership of the firm was out to get them, to just take whatever they could from the employee at the lowest possible cost and discard them when they were no longer needed. This model, while largely disappearing, is still a mindset in some firms, particularly in the unionized industries. The  injection molding industry has found a way of countering this mentality through injection molding training. By providing training to employees, the employer is able to foster a more cooperative attitude among the work force. Rather than a confrontational attitude.

The effects of this change in mentality can be dramatic. Some injection molding companies have seen productivity skyrocket simply as a result of providing quality injection molding training to their workforce. This trend will most likely continue as training costs decreased steadily due to the large availability of broadband Internet connections and digitally delivered training content.
