Don’t expect quality at $5/hour
If you hire someone from India at $5/hour or less, you will find that their work is often very bad. I realize this is a generalization, and there are obviously some very talented people, but good people usually don’t need to charge this low. If they knew much about internet business and how to do the SEO they charge you for, then they wouldn’t need to work for you; they would start their own business instead. That said, if you hire enough people at $5/hour, you can definitely make stuff happen.
