With Executive coaching, there is also the fear in the organization of the employee going astray, away from the organization. An ideal executive coaching course has three way involvements, the company, the employee and the coach. However the outcomes of the coaching sessions are incontrollable by either of them.  Companies would worry that the executive coaching experience may reveal to the employee hidden talents and skills and motivate them to seek greener pastures elsewhere. Even in these circumstances the organization stands to gain as the departure of the employee may increase the potential of the remaining employees who are eager to take on new challenges.
