Where can I find a knowledgable lender?
We really don’t make a lot of money, but I know that there are a lot of programs out there to help first time home buyers who don’t have a lot of money. It is our dream to buy a house this year since we are having our second baby and that will make living in an apartment a little crowded. However, I need to find a knowledgeable lender to help guide us through the process and let us know about all the different government programs we might be able to take advantage of. Can anyone recommend good VA home loan lenders that might be able to help us with this?
