Graceful Age

I really enjoy hanging out with my mother and sisters. I have been grateful for growing up with them but I must say we are starting to age. So we are thinking of going to an anti aging clinic to get some help with our skin. We are not looking for anything drastic like a face lift, just simple skin caring techniques like facials, information on products, exercise and healthy eating. I think we can improve the look of our skin naturally without surgery. I’m glad that we are looking into preventing any further deterioration and are aiming at aging gracefully.

Trains Can Keep You Up All Night

I blamed my sleeplessness on the fact that I lived near a train for five years.  I could never get used to it’s routine horn-blaring in the middle of the night.  The sad thing is that somehow it set my internal clock.  About two years later we moved to a new house and for three years I still could not sleep through the night.  I was fed up with how lousy I felt and just wanted to stop being tired.  I started looking online for anything that would help and I did find a site that helped me understand why I wasn’t resting and how I could change that.  It’s been two years, and I’m sleeping like a baby!

Looking For the Impossible

It’s just not fair that there is no way to achieve easy weight loss.  I mean short of a major illness that renders me unable to eat for six weeks, what does a girl have to do to look good at her 10 year class reunion? I have so many other things to think about than how many calories are in this muffin or will this restaurant have something I can eat.  If only there were a way to easily and safely lose the weight without having to put so much thought and preparation into it, I’d sign up in a heartbeat!  Let me know if you find it.

I have been seeing a few small store fronts for rent in my town. They are really cute and it has gotten me thinking about how I might use one if I rented it. I have been thinking about starting up my own personal trainer business and I think something like that might work in there. I have been looking into selling personal training. I know that if I do rent a space, I will need to have a client base already established so that I can start paying the rent. I would like to learn how to get clients as quickly as possible.
