 Chest crossover is perhaps the best chest workout to try. You need to clasp the handles on the upper cable stations. Keep one step forward for the balance, while lock your elbows in a slight bent position. Now bring the handles down low around the waistline at a slight angle. Now bent forward slightly & extend your chest and squeeze tight on contraction. Hold this position and allow the weight to pull the elbows slowly back so that it may provide a healthy stretch. You must repeat this motion. Try 3 sets of 10 to 12 repetitions of this workout
