I Want to Lose Weight

After having two kids, I’ve put on a little bit of weight. I’m not proud of this, but it’s just a fact of life. It’s annoying to have this extra weight. My clothes don’t fit like they should. And, I don’t really want to buy all new clothes. And, it’s harder to keep up with my kids. Extra weight slows you down. And when you need to chase a toddler, that’s not a good thing. I’m ready to make a change though. It’s time to burn the fat, and turn it to muscle. However, what I’m not sure about is how to start my weight loss. Should I enroll in a health club? Should I hire a personal trainer? I’m sure it will be a trial and error process. At least I’m doing something about my extra weight.
