The Best Kind of Leadership
I have been in all kinds of leadership meetings over the years. I know that there are some techniques that I have learned that I will use the rest of my life, but there are others that were really not very useful at all. That is why I have decided that I am going to do another series for some of my co-workers on LDRSHIP. I just know that I still have a lot to learn, and I know other people do too. It just seems to make sense to me to have everyone talk about the things that really matter.
