My son showed up for a family function and everyone noticed how much weight he had lost. We crowded around him to find out how he finally managed to get the trip look he had been working on for years. He told us he used the abs rocket, which let him do more abdominal exercises without hurting his back, and get quick results. His results impressed me but I am much older and was not sure how the device would work for me, but I ordered one anyway.
