No longer just metal blinds found in poor rental apartments
The Venetian Blinds have a long history but that got lost for a few years when rental property owners started putting those thin metal Venetian Blinds into lower cost rental apartments. Today the rich history is bringing the good Venetian Blinds back. You can find them in many materials from bamboo to a variety of woods or even vinyl. The low cost metal ones are still produced but the better varieties are becoming much more popular. I think it is really great to have wood slat blinds (Venetian Blinds made of wood) really dress up rooms and it seems that many decorators agree with me.
