Which are the best lenders to refinance your mortgage?
I am interested in refinancing my current mortgage loan. It carries with it a higher interest rate than I would like to be paying. If I can refinance the loan, I would be able to take advantage of today’s lower interest rates. My payment would be much lower. Which are the best lenders to refinance your mortgage? I don’t want to pay a lot of costs and fees in connection with a new loan. Finding a lender that does not charge application fees and closing costs would be ideal.
