writing contest
There was an ad in the newspaper featuring a writing contest. The topic was anything about coffee. Brenda loved entering contests and she felt that this one was easy enough to win. She read the mechanics and the prize at stake. The prize to be given away was a brand new Lavazza espresso machine with a 6 month supply of coffee! Good enough for her because she loved drinking coffee. She was required to write a 2 page essay no more than a thousand words. The contest ended on Saturday and the winning entry will be featured and published in the very same newspaper the week after the contest ended.
