Do army recruiters go to high schools to recruit?

Yes, the army recruiters do go to high schools to recruit as defined in the No Child Left Behind Act which requires that schools receiving federal funding must release the names of students to recruiters.

As you might imagine given the diverse opinions and freedom of speech in our nation, which by the way is one of our privileges thanks to our fighting men and women in our military forces, including the Army Reserve, there are differing opinions on whether they should be allowed to go into the schools.

You may have picked up the fact that I totally support our troops and their mission. My thoughts are some of these kids are better people for having been in a branch of our armed forces.
