When you decide to use the book-by-book Bible study method in order to study the Bible, your best friend besides the actual Bible, will be your notebook that you use during your reading. This notebook should be used for any questions that you may have as you read. It is also a very good source to put down your thoughts and feelings about the scripture that you are reading. This notebook helps you to record things that go through your mind as you read that might not come back to you when you are finished reading. It’s good to read back on your notes and learn to understand the scripture better because of the way the reading made you feel.
