Lawyer is Great Help with Old Estate Plan
My family recently had a wonderful experience with our Maryland probate attorney. My father passed away, and his estate plan was very old. Even though it was old, we thought it would probably still be valid, and with our attorney’s help, we were able to go through the entire probate process rather easily. Because he had a will instead of a trust as his primary estate planning vehicle, we still had to go through the state’s probate system. It took a little bit more time and a little bit more legwork on our part, but with our attorney’s help, we were able to resolve the estate in a fairly timely manner.
