New Year and IRS Audit
There’s nothing worse ticket for the new year for many taxpayers than to get a letter from the IRS saying that you have been selected for an IRS audit.
Tax payers absolutely do not want to get a letter from the IRS about anything at all, unless it’s about giving them more money. Tax refunds, tax credits, stimulus packages, etc., are okay but anything else are likely bad for taxpayers to receive.
Nobody wants to go through and IRS audit, not taxpayers and not the IRS even. There are ways to avoid an IRS audit and it starts with filing a tax return correctly.
