Shaking off the apearance of evil
I love the concept in the Book of Mormon of shaking at the appearance of sin. I wish too that I could feel like that. I would like to be repulsed by all sin. I hate the feeling of knowing I did something wrong. Sometimes I don’t even think about it and later realize what I have done. I hate hurting others and I especially hate to disappoint my Father in Heaven. I am always so touched to read this account of a prophet pouring his heart out, hoping desperately to never sin again. If you haven’t read the Book of Mormon, I highly recommend that section.
