A Variation of Another Vertical Jumping Workout

Some workouts in a vertical jump program do very similar things, but are still very different. This workout is a variation of slalom jumps. It is called lateral obstacle jumps. In lateral obstacle jumps you find an object between 1 foot and 1.5 feet. You should stand to the side of that object and jump across it. Keep jumping side-to-side over the obstacle. If possible do no use a basketball for an obstacle because you could become injured if you land on the ball. Try and find a flat object that will not really move if you land on it or kick it.
