When you get to a certain point in life and suddenly realize you are not the fit young man, or woman, you once were you have two choices. You can do nothing about it and put on weight and suffer the effects of low fitness levels or you can make a decision to take action.
You have several choices but basically you can either do something on your own by training from home or join a gym. The cost of gym membership puts a lot of people off exercising but you can save money and still get fit with a program of home exercise.
You can buy a new or used exercise equipment to build your strength and fitness and the cost is soon recouped by the savings you make on gym membership costs.
