Christmas Cameras
When I was younger, I was fascinated by Christmas camera ads which featured a family who opened a box marked, “open me first” and it contained a camera. To me that seemed like a perfect gift.
But, over the years I gave cameras as Christmas gifts to every family member while still using my old standard Canon.
Last year, on Christmas morning, there was a box for me, marked, “open me first”. When I unwrapped it, I found a beautiful Canon EOS 50D camera.
I was so captivated by all of the things my new “toy” could do that I took pictures of the entire family (several times), and even snapped the cat, dog, and parakeet.
I was right - it was the perfect gift.
